The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids had Psychic Receptors in the Cupid Homeworld capable of receiving messages from the Cupids' Morningstar 1 Base in the 97th Cosmos. The Wellsians sent an S.O.S. to the Homeworld's Receptors using their own innate psychic abilities, successfully tricking the Cupid Parliament into thinking the message came from Governor-105 and thus into sending the Department of Problem-Solving to Morningstar 1.
