Prefect was the title used by Clockwork Cherubs in the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids who were the head of a Department of the Cupid Intelligence Institute.
Two “Co-Prefects” could share the workload of running a given Department; Philatel-426 and Mailbag-431 were originally Co-Prefects of the Department of Postal Services.
