The Frog Mayor of Wild West Town was one of the living toys who resided in Madame Tarsa's dimensionally-transcendental Toybox, located in her Workshop.
The Mayor was a helpful and easygoing individual for the most part, and was genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of his small township. This involved both a level of concern about the safety of the inhabitants, and endless amounts of pride over the town, which he constantly tried to render attractive to largely nonexistent tourists. The Mayor seemed rarely to leave the Town, but was still aware of other parts of the world inside the Toybox, such as the Christmas Toyland, which he was able to describe to Juliet-178, Arganthone-056 and Jenny Everywhere when they visited the Toybox in December 2020, seeking a way to unfreeze Tarsa herself from a block of magical ice.
