When Dynamite Thor entered the pitch-black pocket universe within Miss Erehwon's timeship, he somehow perceived “intensely pink text” which demanded that he confirm that he was not, nor was in any way affiliated with, Anish Kapoor. (PROSE: Set Up to Blow Up) This was the result of the TARDIS desktop theme being set to “Semple Black” by the Great Intelligence. (PROSE: How To Steal Timeships & To Influence Time Lords)

By visiting this universe you confirm that you are not Anish Kapoor, you are in no way affiliated with Anish Kapoor, and you are not visiting this universe on behalf of Anish Kapoor or an associate of Anish Kapoor. To the best of your knowledge, information and belief no information about this universe will make its way to Anish Kapoor.
The pink text

Behind the scenes

This is an allusion to the famous feud between artists Anish Kapoor and Stuart Semple. After Kapoor obtained exclusive usage rights for a special experimental paint, known as Vantablack and vaunted as the world's “blackest black”, Semple, feeling that this monopoly was unfair, developed a “world's pinkest pink” paint and then set a legal condition that people could only buy it if they were not Anish Kapoor, and pledged not to share the pigment with him. Semple went on to also develop BLACK, a rival, freely accessible “world's blackest paint” to Vantablack, with a similar exception stating that it would be available to all artists “except Anish Kapoor”.

The joint implication of Set Up to Blow Up and How To Steal Timeships & To Influence Time Lords is thus that, somehow, the usage of this blackest-black hue for a TARDIS desktop theme was still compliant with the terms of Semple's license for BLACK, itself expressed in “pinkest pink”. This suggests that versions of Kapoor and Semple existed in the 89067986779811167562948736197891674912223184th Universe.
