Biography

Return of the Serpent Cult

Gana and her warriors at the Temple of the Serpent God. (COMIC: The Serpent Sorceress)

Ten years after the Natari village lost nearly all of its adult men to the bloodthirsty Serpent Cult, Gana had become the tribe's community leader, in line with its society being run mostly by women. She and her warriors helped Gwenna, the Commissioner and Wimberly rescue Kaza from the Temple of the Serpent God after the Serpent Priest's daughter Nerlana briefly attempted to revive the cult.

However, the crisis was solved with less bloodshed than expected after Nerlana was eaten by “the Serpent Lord” itself after losing control of the huge beast, and the cultists scattered without a fight, having seen their “god” bleed upon being shot by Wimberly. An amused Gana later introduced Wimberly to three Natari women who wanted to sleep with him and raise a child of his after this heroic feat (with the tribe having taken to such practical one-night-stands to repopulate in the absence of the lost generation of male adults).
