In one universe, Rat Boy, or sometimes simply the Rat, was the single anthropomorphic rat hanging around a neighborhood mostly inhabited by rabbits. Although seen as a self-serving wretch by most, Rat Boy was cunning and usually on the side of good, proving instrumental in defeating the Drag-Racing Monkeys (loathe as Joe McPhud was to admitting it).
