Cupid-002, or Cupid Councilman #002, was the second-ever mainline Clockwork Cherub created by the Creator of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids, after the Cupid Prime. As such, he was a member of the Copper-Colored Council of Elders.
After the Council's idea of a Cupid Suggestion Box mostly drew bad or frivolous suggestions, as well as significant misuse, Councilman #002 was the one to eventually put the final suggestion it ever received, which was instantly accepted by the rest of the Council: to withdraw the Suggestion Box from public use altogether.
