Mombi

In at least one version of the Land of Oz, Oscar Diggs, in his younger, less moral days, sold the infant Ozma to the witch Mombi, who physically turned her into a boy to better evade suspicion, leading to the girl growing up with gender dysphoria. (PROSE: A Series of Queer Events)
