Doctor Adam S. Douglas was a professor at Sirius University in one universe. A philosopher, Douglas believed that he could prove the impossibility of time travel on logical grounds, claiming that, if time travel were possible, it would have already cropped up all through history. As reported by the Weekly Comet, Jenny Everywhere, for whom time travel was very much possible, replied to this statement with the retort that it was "a load of fetid dingo kidneys".
