Paper or Plastic was a webcomic created by Mark A. Cooper between 2008 and 2001.
The series was a satire about the daily goings-on of a retail store, inspired by the author's own day job and starring the characters of Penny Cash and Jeff O'Donnell, among others. In 2010, a Bonus Strip of the series was contributed by Cooper to Jenny Everywhere Day.
