Captain Tootsie
Captain Tootsie was an individual whom Dynamite Thor once claimed was “a menace” on Valentine's Day in 2023; he was the only villain who came to mind when Thor tried to list examples of his supposedly-fearsome rogues gallery. (PROSE: Lovie Dovie Stuff)
Behind the scenes
The original Captain Tootsie was actually a superhero. The Jenny Over-There: The Nine-Two-Five Universe version of Dynamite Thor was native to the Fox universe but moved to the 925th Universe over the course of the series, and had dealings with characters from both universes; it is not made clear to which of the two realms Tootsie is native, although if one makes certain generous assumptions about the validity of Thor's hypotheses, his belief that Tootsie may be behind Glenda's kidnapping in Lovie Dovie Stuff would lean towards him being from the 925th Universe.
