Doctor Fullham

“Doctor Fullham” was the pen name used by the SCP Foundation writer who wrote PROSE: SCP-JEv, a crossover between the SCP and Jenny Everywhere mythoi. As per SCP custom, the name was also that of the in-universe SCP researcher supposedly responsible for the writing of the file.
