In one universe, two robo-spiders were among Professor Awesome's inventions. He pocked them, alongside his stochastic photon homogenizer, just in case, when he rushed up to the roof in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve 2022. (PROSE: Watch the Skies) By Valentine's Day of the following year, his most recent invention had been an improved grappling hook for one of the spiders. (PROSE: Valentine's Visitor)
