The Doomsday Book was a numbered list of universes in the Multiverse, created and maintained by the Council of Frogs. According to Sylvester Shoebill, it was named in reference to a point of history concerning William the Conqueror. The creation of the Doomsday Book involved the opening of a “registration office” where representatives of each universe were invited. The first universe to have its representatives reach said office thus got the enviable name of Prime Universe, although it did not actually have any particular cosmic significance. (PROSE: The Grand Multiverse Hotel)
A Jenny Everywhere once spent a day in a universe known as the Third Universe under the Council of Frogs' "nomenclature", so she could lend a hand in the aftermath of the Unravel. (PROSE: A World of Pure Unimagination)
Behind the scenes
Below is a list of universes in works hitherto documented by the Wiki which appear to follow the Council of Frogs naming system.
