Tarsa's Terrifically-Well-Timed Tumbleweed was a creation of Madame Tarsa, which she intended to sell at the Interdimensional Black Market alongside the “Convenient Chirping Crickets” as part of a “special holiday package” around Christmas 2020.

As its name suggested, it was a living artificial (pink) tumbleweed. Having a magical sense for when it would be dramatically appropriate for a tumbleweed to be seen tumbling in the wind to emphasise the emptiness of a given location, the Tumblweed would dutifully barrel across the user's field of vision whenever such a situation came up. Being sentient like most of Tarsa's job Tumblweed was an excitable young thing, which spoke in the voice of a young boy. Pythagoras-858 and Sherlock Holmes met the Tumbleweed in the Black Market, where, after giving an ad hoc demonstration of its function, it informed them of the reason the Market appeared deserted (namely, everyone was in the central plaza watching the fight between the Queen of the Black Market and the Clown Emperor. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
