In Reality Z-25 31-H, Timmy was a little boy living in New York. After the Cosmic Solution fell to Earth in the form of a toy-sized robot, Timmy picked it up, thinking it to be an actual toy, but his mother got him to drop it again, not wanting him to pick things up off the street.
