The Electro-Neutralizer was a device used by the incarnation of Jenny Everywhere who was a Child of the Nexus. She kept it stashed in ‘Section B’ of her portable pocket dimension, next to a stuffed dinosaur.
When facing a group of Rinoks each armed with Shock-Staff, Jenny sent Click into the pocket dimension to retrieve the Electro-Neutralizer, which, when one Rinok rushed at her with its Shock-Staff, she was able to use to create a feedback loop that left her unharmed while the Rinok was electrified by its own weapon.
