The Sandman is a dark fantasy series created by Neil Gaiman. Initially a long-running comic book series, it has also been adapted as full-cast audio dramas and as an upcoming Netflix television series.

The series principally focuses on Morpheus, the embodiment of dreams and stories, and on his siblings, the Endless, who embody various other fundamental concepts.

It has been referenced on multiple occasions in Jenny Everywhere media. The first was 2008's PROSE: Second Date by Scott Sanford, where a character fitting Morpheus's description made a cameo as a patron of the Restaurant. More explicitly, in 2021, Aristide Twain wrote a short non-commercial story entitled Psychopomp in which Jenny encountered the series' iconic version of Death.
