The Frog Mayor of Wild West Town was one of the living toys who resided in Madame Tarsa's dimensionally-transcendental Toybox, located in her Workshop.
The Mayor was a helpful and easygoing individual for the most part, and was genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of his small township. This involved both a level of concern about the safety of the inhabitants, and endless amounts of pride over the town, which he constantly tried to render attractive to largely nonexistent tourists.
