In Reality Z-25 31-H, Hailey Storm was a mage and superheroine, active in the American city of Angel Falls as part of the Guardians.
Description
Physical appearance
Hailey wore a coat. Her eyes sometimes glowed when she was emotionally agitated. (PROSE: Angel Falls: Vengeance Sought)
Powers & abilities
Hailey was a skilled mage, well-versed in the techniques developed by the Neo-Atlanteans. She once displayed the ability to shrink the elemental Prince Ozarion into a ball of energy with the help of Matthias Geist, despite it having apparently been her first encounter with a sapient elemental like him. She could also summon a “flame dragon” called Puff at will. (PROSE: Angel Falls: Vengeance Sought)
Biography
Prior to Emily, alias Ms. Blitzen, 's fight with Kate Five, Hailey had never met any Neo-Atlanteans in person other than Emily, though she'd also heard second-hand descriptions of Matthias Geist from Emily. (PROSE: Angel Falls: Vengeance Sought)
When Ms. Blitzen landed in hospital after her disastrous fight with the Symbiote-possessed Kate Five, she was visited by Hailey Storm, as well as by the delegation of Section P, with Sir James Carey trying to get more detail out of her about Kate's new powers. Furious at what had happened to her friend, Hailey briefly started a row with Sir Carey, blaming him for not having warned Blitzen more clearly about what she was up against; however, Blitzen's mentor PhyreFrost took his defence, blaming himself instead. (COMIC: Kate Five vs Symbiote - Chapter 3)
Before long, Emily was also joined by Blue Tide, Coil and SilverStar. Additionally, her elemental familiar Ozarion, currently aboard the Nyhshea Eternal, dry-docked on the continent of Atlantis, felt her distress through their telepathic link and bounded across the world to join her in the form of a bolt of lightning, ridden by Neo-Atlantean medical officer, and Matthias's brother-in-law, Rhomerho Kel Llurian. As a mage who could sense the magical power running through both, she was fascinated by Rhomerho's prismatic armour and by Ozarion. Later, after getting some rest in her room, she joined Rhomerho, Matthias, Hailey and Ozarion on a rooftop near the Angel Falls police headquarters and agreed it was time to begin their hunt for the alien creature who had injured Emily. After making sure the call would not be intercepted by the authorities, Ozarion contacts Navatu, the A.I. interface of Rhomerho's ship the Nyhshea Eternal, asking him to track their movements remotely just in case something goes wrong.
