The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Cupid Intelligence Institute had a Department of Phenomena.

In December 2019, around the time of the Frost King incident, the Department came to the conclusion that Christmas, though a surprisingly widespread concept on the scale of the Multiverse, was simply a benign concept rather than some actively malicious living idea. This led to the Cupid Parliament finally authorising its celebration in the Cupid Homeworld. (PROSE: Father Christmas)
