Maureen Ramsay was an inhabitant of the World of Iothera.
She was in conversation with Cassandra Navarathna when the two were interrupted by the sudden appearance of Jenny Everywhere and Jimmy Wherever, who required Cassie's help to “save the universe”. (COMIC: Jenny Everywhere And Iothera)
Behind the scenes
Maureen is one of the main characters of the webcomic Iothera, with which Jenny Everywhere And Iothera was an unofficial crossover. The webcomic's cast page described her thusly:
