Gina was a powerful witch.
She was once the head of the interdimensional Heroines Guild, but was eventually demoted to its lowest-ranking member for unknown misdeeds. It fell to the Steel Squirrel to overpower Gina; she shaved off the witch's hair, stripping her of her powers. After her demotion, Gina was tied up in an embarrassing position in the lobby of the Guild so as to rub in her defeat.
