General Viceroy Sympus ag-Forgos was one of the surviving Wellsians (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker) whom Pythagoras-858 failed to defeat at Morningstar 1 on Venus. (PROSE: The Grand Multiverse Hotel)

For Allac-Ur, he worked with the other three surviving Wellsians to arrange for the purchase of an enchanted music bow from Madame Tarsa as a present to the New Wellsian Empire's leader, Radluhac ag-Wampyr. When the box failed to appear in time, he conferred with Baron Skollops, with them agreeing on having Skollops travel to the Interdimensional Black Market to see if there were any rumours about what had had happened to Tarsa, and purchase an alternative gift if she could not be found. After Skollops's departure, it fell to Sympus to handle the matter of two Clockwork Cherubs, Juliet-178 and Arganthone-056, being sighted approaching the Wellsian citadel. Hoping to impress Radluhac with his decisiveness and efficiency, he ordered the use of heavy artillery against the two flyers. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
