A Scottish Division of the Multidimensional Finders Service was set up in Crieff in the 925th Universe (PROSE: Good Crieff - The Tribulations of the Scottish Division) by the Man in Grey at the request of the Great Higher-Ups. (PROSE: Open Sourcing)
After reviewing a variety of applicants, all of them uncopyrighted, the Man in Grey selected Talbot Molossus, the Hydrant, Doctor Know and Tetra-None Hepta-Oct for the team. (PROSE: Open Sourcing) Talbot acted as the leader. They were given grey, non-euclidean headquarters which had previously been a wizard school set up by the untrustworthy wizard Artemas H. Whipple in the 1970s as part of an effort to fight the Yellow King.
