Radluhac ag-Wampyr, who held the title of Strategist Earl, was the leader of the five surviving Wellsians whom Pythagoras-858 failed to defeat at Morningstar 1 on Venus, and who subsequently escaped to the Interdimensional Black Market. Learning that powerful interdimensionally-involved individuals sometimes traded entire planets away at Hilbert's, he sent the Viscount Forga sog-Forgos there to acquire a new planet by any means necessart.
