A Weeping Angel was a creature that killed its victims by sending them into the past and feeding on the energy of the life they would have lived in the present. It took the form of a statue that resembled an angel. It could not move when observed by another living being.

One such Weeping Angel encountered Wednesday Addams and attempted to feed on her. It was thwarted by the sudden arrival of Marilyn Thornhill. (PROSE: Wednesday and the Weeping Angel)
