Mother Nature was the personification of Nature or of the Earth itself. The phrase existed in many universes, though this did not always mean the entity herself did.

In Universe Gemini, however, Mother Nature did exist as the humanoid manifestation of the planet itself. She once appeared without warning to Zed Hudson to answer a purely rhetorical question he'd asked of “Mother Nature”. (COMIC: Zed Vs. Mother Nature)

On Earth-N, Mother Naturist was a superhero active in New York City. The story did not clarify whether she was really an anthropomorphic personification of her world or just a metahuman with elemental powers. (COMIC: Situation on Earth-N)
