On Valentine's Day 2023, in one universe, Jenny Everywhere had dozed off on the couch while reading a “lurid” paperback when a strange copper-coloured robot, around half a meter tall, made its way into the apartment through the balcony. It tried to sneak up on Jenny, but was tackled by the Robot Toaster, waking Jenny with a start. After punting the intruder into the kitchen with a kick, Jenny ran to Professor Awesome's apartment, assuming he was to blame, but he told her otherwise as he followed her back to the apartment, concerned that the Toaster would get hurt as it had never been built to fight. The Professor managed to separate the strange robot from the Toaster, with whom it was still wrestling, but it then revealed that it had the ability to fly and escaped out the window, leaving its bow behind. (PROSE: Valentine's Visitor)

Behind the scenes

Although not explicitly named as such in-story, this character is clearly a Clockwork Cherub from the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids making a guest appearance in Scott Sanford's Jenny Everywhere stories, as clarified in the author's notes. The Cupid is not described in sufficient detail to be identified as any specific established character; indeed, being only referred to as an “it”, their very gender is unclear, leaving open the possibility that they are a Sister of Juliet rather than a mainline Cupid (although their golden polish forecloses the possibility of the intruder being the original Juliet-178 herself).
