Biography
In 1897
Skollops was one of the Wellsians of the 97th Cosmos who participated in the attempted 1897 invasion of Earth Earth. After the invasion was foiled by a plague which decimated the Wellsians, a few non-contaminated ones escaped in a Tripod modified for space travel, which found its way to Venus, where it crashed. Having unearthed the Tripod by accident while trying to dig up a new pool, the alchemist Mandragora-257, who had been banished to Morningstar 1 after one of his experiments went wrong in the Homeworld, engaged in a “Great Experiment” to revive the intact, but hibernating Wellsians he had extracted from the wreckage.
