In one universe, Jenny Bainbridge thought of “the drought problems of the Democratic Republic of Muganda” as an example of the boring school subjects that she found it hard to focus on. (PROSE: The Genesis of Jenny Everywhere)
Behind the scenes
There is no such thing as a Democratic Republic of Muganda in the real world. As pointed out by Richard Prediger, The Genesis of Jenny Everywhere is ambiguous as to whether it is also fictional in-universe, merely being a generic example used by Jenny, or if its existence is one of the differences between the story's universe and the real world, which already include such details as Imperial Japan still existing in the modern day.
