Brother Martin
In one universe], a man who went by “Brother Martin” travelled to Guatemala in a private aeroplane with stocks of Bibles, penicillin and weaponry, intending to convert the natives to Christianity and oppose communist guerrilla fighters.
After his aeroplane was shot down, with Martin injuring his leg in the process, Jenny Everywhere, alerted by a monkey to the presence of a wounded traveller in the jungle, lit a fire for him and showed him how to get freshwater and food, as well as informing him of the location of the nearest native village. The two had a lengthy discussion, with Jenny growing increasingly disillusioned about the kind of man whose life she had saved, although she still did her best to try to convince him to become more open-minded.
