Judicator-337 was a Clockwork Cherub, the level-headed Prefect of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids's Department of Discipline. After he stole a Fog Ship as part of a cockamamie scheme to prove that A Christmas Carol had been written by monkeys, Judicator interrogated him to figure out the whole story.
