The Overvoid was a dangerous and traumatic place for a dimensional traveller to visit.
In some incarnations, Jenny Everywhere's life would begin when she was found as an infant drifting through the Overvoid; after an emergency shift in her hypership, the Zephyrus, Amelia Midnight would find the baby and raise her as her own.
