In one universe, one President of the United States personally knew of Jenny Everywhere and considered her an enemy of America due to her having somehow hindered the U.S.A.'s annexation of some Middle-Eastern countries. He tried to have her arrested before she could blow up the Statue of Liberty as a political statement, but was unsuccessful due to the fact that his services didn't realise Jenny had shifting abilities.
