Octobriana

Octobriana is an open-source character, a heroine meant to be usable by anyone and not locked in to one author or copyright holder.
Her origin is unclear, both in character and in the historical record, but in 2001 she was well known enough to the members of the Barbelith community that it sounded reasonable to create such a character themselves.
She has not crossed over with Jenny Everywhere as much as might be expected; both appear in a video series (VIDEO: Legacy of the Masque) and she is listed on Jenny's wanted poster (PROSE: Wanted for Questioning).
