Paavo Pirinen, who used the pen name “Qvaak”, illustrated the second strip of the Jenny Everywhere mini-arc the Lighting Made of Owls website described him, “a young man named Paavo [living] in Turku, Finland” holding “a rude but stable home page at http://qvaak.kuutikkaat.net/”. The page is now offline, though it was saved on the Internet Archive.
