The Power of Creation was the magical ability to imbue enchanted objects with souls. It was known to Madame Tarsa, but not to the Dark Lord Sebastian Steer, who attempted to learn it by studying a half-created puppet clown built by Tarsa. He failed, having to resort to imbuing the Clown with part of his own soul to finish giving him life. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
