Sneernobiel was an angel who came to reside in the Cupid Homeworld at some point before December of 2020. Like other non-Clockwork Cherub residents of the Homeworld, it was responsible for telling the younger generations about the joys of Christmas and causing them to bully the Cupid Parliament into authorising Christmas celebrations.
