Popeye was a multimedia franchise featuring the titular Popeye, created by E.C. Segar and originally appearing in Thimble Theatre comics.

It unofficially crossed over with the Jenny Everywhere mythos in various works by Cookieboy 2005. First, in 2023, an in-character Twitter account purportedly owned by Jenny Everywhere interacted with various posts by the official Popeye Twitter. Later, in 2024, a one panel "test comic" was released, titled COMIC: Jenny's Spinach Encounter, which featured Jenny meeting Popeye, along with background cameos by Bluto and Olive Oyl.
