Moneran

In one universe, the Monerans were a species of huge jelly-like beings with strange, arcane symbols on their foreheads, and mushrooms suspender in their clear, gelatinous “flesh”. They spoke in broken English and considered all animal life to be the enemy of the Monerans. Jenny Everywhere once tried to save a shepherd's flock from three Monerans, but did not manage to subdue even one, with both Jenny and the shepherd instead being absorbed by the creature. The shepherd was under the impression that they would soon be digested, (COMIC: Spores of Doom) although this incarnation of Jenny apparently survived the event unscathed, suggesting he may have been mistaken.
