Space Patrol

The Space Patrol was an organisation which existed in Reality Z-25 31-H. It contributed to the effort to fight off Ro-Man's invasion force in the late 2000s, alongside various Earth-based superheroes, though in the end victory was only achieved thanks to the intervention of Stardust the Super-Wizard. Behind the scenes
There are multiple, fairly indistinguishable organisations from public-domain comics by the name of “the Space Patrol”, conceived of as spacefaring justice corps protecting the Solar System. It is unclear which of them, if any, Jay Epps was referencing in Ruthless Ro-Man.
