Zed Hudson once invited Drew alongside several friends of his to a meeting at a café so that he could introduce a new friend, the alien girl Neila, to them. (COMIC: Zed Vs. The Introductions)

In the author's notes for Zed Vs. The Introductions, Johann-Octavius Gans that Drew Dane (in an incarnation from a different universe) was a character whom he had created as early as October 5th, 2017.
