Wayne Bruce
Wayne Bruce was a man who had been mutated into a half-bat creature, with bat-like wings on his back in addition to his arms, grayish skin, and teeth sharp enough to bite. This, in addition with a tattoo of a bat insignia on his chest, made him look very similar to Batman, a superhero whose civilian name was coincidentally “Bruce Wayne”. Wayne Bruce found the constant comparisons and confusion irritating.
He was among the people who applied for a job at the Multidimensional Finders Service when the Great Higher-Ups told the Man in Grey to open a new branch of the organisation in Scotland. Jenny Over-There and the Man in Grey's insistent comparisons to Batman drove him into a frenzy and he ended up biting the Man in Grey on the shoulder before leaving. (PROSE: Open Sourcing)

Wayne Bruce was created as an open-source character by Carter-Ethan Rankin on June 13th, 2013. It was specified that “Bat-Sh¨t Crazy is an open source character created specifically for use by anyone. Feel free to use it any way you wish; author citations are not necessary”. The original bio given for the character gave more information about his backstory:
