The Interdimensional Ham Radio was a device created by one universe's Laura Drake at some point before she completed her first physical interdimensional portal, the Triangular Bisector.

After Lord Grallyx's emergence damaged the Bisector, Laura killed time by “playing” with the Radio again. It started spitting out questions from “interdimensional busybodies” who'd apparently been watching Jenny and Laura's adventures, which she started answering, keen to keep them talking.
