A mechanical pig was one of the animate toys created by Madame Tarsa who helped operate Madame Tarsa's Marvelous Dolls and Automatons, her stall in the Interdimensional Black Market. A living piggy bank, the mechanical pig “ate” cash payments and kept them safe within itself. In order not to attract attention, it usually stayed in the back of the stall, unseen, until it was needed. (PROSE: Misadventures in the Interdimensional Black Market)
