Jacob (Morning After)

“Jacob and the other Plain People” was someone one incarnation of Jenny Everywhere trusted. When she had to leave her daughter behind on a journey from which she (correctly) feared she might not return, she trusted that Jacob and his people would watch over her as she grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania. Behind the scenes

Plain people is a blanket term for the members of several cultures, including Anabaptists and Quakers, and derives from their avoidance of personal vanity. They are primarily found in and around Pennsylvania.
