In one universe, which was relatively mundane and where The Three Musketeers was a book written by Alexandre Dumas, the local Jenny Everywhere grew up with Laura Drake.
She tried to remain in this universe for as long as possible, because she wanted to get into physics and invent faster than light travel by studying the ordinary human way, and completing all of her exams. On one of these exams, on the topic of 19th-century French literature, she received a B due to having gotten confused with knowledge of versions of the story in other universes, such as one where D'Artagnan and the other Musketeers opposed Cardinal Dracula. Ultimately, it was at a student party that Jenny, after getting somewhat drunk, finally made an effort to convince Laura that she had interdimensional powers, briefly taking her to another universe with two Moons. Laura was stunned and mildly disturbed by this discovery. (PROSE: The First Voyage)
