He used it to spread mischief until [[Jenny Everywhere (Parallax Universe)|Jenny Everywhere]] thwarted him and confiscated his inventions. The confiscated de-pants-icator became one of the many strange items accumulated in Jenny's closet. When she and [[Kim (Parallax Universe)|Kim]] went through the closet to sort its contents, they found the de-pants-icator again, and accidentally pressed the on switch, forcing them to get a new change of clothes before they carried on with their work.
