Professor Forg was a Sopachoan from the Green Universe.
He was a scientist, and, consequently, a resident of the Town Where Smart People Go. Due to the high respect given to men of knowledge on Sopacho, Forg lived in luxury, and rather liked it, such that he did not lift a finger to improve the Sopachoan education system — which was biased against financing the higher education of all but those youths who already seemed guaranteed to be successful.
